All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our design services, material sourcing, and installation coordination, all purchases made through MWD | Media Wall Designs are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is received and the order is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling delays, or project cancellation by the client.

Installation Timeline and Expiration

Customers who purchase a full-service package that includes installation or coordination of installation must initiate their installation process within 90 calendar days from the date of purchase or final design approval—whichever is later.

  • After this 90-day period, MWD | Media Wall Designs is no longer obligated to provide installation support or fulfill any coordination services.
  • Failure to initiate installation within this timeframe will void the service portion of the purchase, with no refund or credit issued for the unused portion.
  • Extensions may be granted only at the sole discretion of MWD | Media Wall Designs and must be requested in writing before the expiration date.

Force Majeure & Waiver of Refunds

In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, vendor shortages, transportation delays, etc.), we will make every reasonable effort to continue service. However, such delays do not qualify the customer for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after acknowledging and agreeing to these terms may be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and charge administrative fees in response to any unjustified disputes.
